UICBC offers different spaces and layouts according to company’s need:

  • 2 meeting rooms for 6 people
  • 1 meeting room for 12 people
  • 1 conference room for 20-80 people

The meeting rooms / conference room mentioned above are suitable for holding seminars, forums, meetings, director board conferences, news conferences, product launches, and other activities. Depending on your needs and the nature of the meetings, we will suggest the most suitable space for your event, and arrange the space accordingly.

UICBC offers high-speed Wi-Fi (Hotspot) throughout our facility. What is more, for those attending the meeting in UICBC, feel free to access to our free Wi-Fi.

Polaris can be transformed into different styles. The maximum capacity that Polaris can accommodate varies with the layouts.

If you would like to come earlier to set up the meeting room in advance or have any other special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance. Our professional team will arrange for you! We also provide services to help you set up the room prior to the meeting and reinstate the room when it is adjourned.

UICBC is able to provide a variety of catering services at different price levels.
Whether it is snack or meal you need, it can be arranged at your requests.

Take MRT brown line and exit at Taipei Songshan Airport station, take the No.1 exit and we are just minutes of walk from the station.

  • Once the reservation is confirmed with a signed verification form, you are eligible to use the meeting room at the specific time and on the specific date.
  • The payment can be arranged by cash, check or bank transfer.
